The Musefy Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) serve to ensure that the relationship between Musefy and anyone that accesses Musefy remains mutually beneficial. 5. Termination

If you violate the Terms above, harm Musefy or its users, or otherwise interact with Musefy in any harmful manner, we reserve the right to remove or suspend any or all parts of your account as well as discontinue any or all services provided by Musefy to you.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
